Halloween... Yes you read that right

I haven't posted these yet, and until I do I cant post Christmas.

And besides, they are just the cutest thing in the world. Have you ever seen a cuter Dinosaur and pink kitten? I know I haven't!

My new obsession

Knobs. I love them. I cant get enough of them. These are my new little darlings that I oh so love.

The Hermit crab and other crab are in Austin and lily's bathroom on both drawers, and the old 16th century map looking one is on the cabinet door. A nautical theme if you will. The shower curtian that I want for this bathroom is 96.00. BUT I have to have it. A giant octopus that looks like a 16th century drawing..AWESOME.

The crystal ones are in my kitchen. I LOVE the old time look and feel of these knobs. AND the best part is..I have 2 more bathrooms that dont..have..knobs! So here's to the search!

Austins finger before and after..

So here they are. I was told by the pediatrician that by Christmas we would look at this little mangled finger and say,"which finger was it again?" I didn't believe him. When I look at those top pictures I just can not believe that it healed. I am sooo grateful for modern medicine, doctors with the education to take a tiny little shredded finger and mend it so wonderfully. People often ask if he has complained about it being sensitive to cold and touch, and his only complaint has been that it doesn't fit in his nose anymore! Love this little boy!

We are so proud of these two! Both of them nabbed their prize animals this year, and I don't know two other people who deserve it more! Surprised by my excitement? So am I considering my love for animals. But if you could experience a tiny amount of their excitement before the hunt, then after they actually got them, you would see where I am coming from. Christmas morning anyone??

I love that Lily thinks Little Swimmers are beanies. They actually fit her little head perfect! She wore it for a really long time! Got to love the snot to add to the awesomeness of this picture.

These are the moments that makes the stress of being a mother worth every frustration. Love these two little bugs!

I hate blog spot

So I don't know if anyone else out there is having this problem, but blog spot will only let me upload one picture at a time. So that is why the lack of post. It just takes to much time and frustration. So this post will be pictureless. Lets hope it lets me post this little word gem.
So here is an update on what has been going on in our little family.
1. we are almost done building our new house. We are so excited, and cant wait to move in.

2. I am currently typing this in my basement bedroom, that used to by my brothers room growing up. Yep we are back living with my parents. 4 people in 3 bedrooms its great. Austin thinks he is having the worlds longest sleepover. He LOVES it and will probably cry when we move out. 30 days.

3. Austin started preschool and loves it. Unfortunately and fortunately it is in Lehi. SO I get to drive him out there 3 days a week, and by the time I get home, I got an hour before I turn around to get him. BUT it is only 5 min away from our new house so it will get better.

Well that is it. As soon as I can I will post pictures of our new house, and the kids! DANG you blogspot!

Austin's big bug birthday (July 29th)

After trying to decide for weeks, well months actually, Austin decided to have a bug birthday. It was a lot of fun. I cant believe that he is already 5 years old. Here is 5 reasons we love Austin.

1. He is super sweet, and loves everyone.

2. He LOVES animals and bugs and can rattle off every detail about them. If you call a fish by anything but its real name (even if you call it a fish) you had better watch out ( no that isn't a fish its a cow fish)

3. He never, ever, ever stops talking. Ha! and to think I was worried that you would never talk. Now the ONLY time you stop is when you are asleep.

4. He LOVES friends and his cousins, and people in general.
5. You are a awesome big brother, and you love your family. That makes you perfect in my eyes!!

Austin we love you and hope your year is filled everything you deserve!
